By producing engaging daily content, such as holiday celebrations, business spotlights, and Veteran recognition posts, alongside a quarterly digital newsletter, Global has significantly boosted La Puente’s social media following and community engagement. This strategic communication effort has enhanced the city’s image, fostering stronger connections with residents and reinforcing its identity as a thriving, dynamic community.

Global's Art Director, collaborating with Senior Graphic Designers, crafted the State of the City Report for La Puente, a visually compelling 46-page document showcasing the city’s annual achievements, programs, and growth. Featuring custom infographics, high-quality photos, and strategic layouts, the report effectively communicates progress while appealing to readers. Titled The Bridge—symbolizing a connection between the city’s past and future—it includes 60 headers and 20 concise articles covering diverse topics. Translated into Chinese and Spanish, the report highlights Global's dedication to inclusive design, serving as a vital communication tool for city leaders and engaging a broad audience.

LOCAL AGING AND DISABILITY ACTION PLAN

In collaboration with the cities of La Puente, Global developed the Local Aging and Disability Action Plan, leveraging local, state, and federal master plans to create a strategic blueprint and budget. Focused on fostering age- and disability-friendly environments, the plan prioritizes improved service coordination, expanded accessibility, and addressing systemic inequities. Rooted in California’s Master Plan for Aging, this initiative reflects Global’s commitment to amplifying community voices, challenging age-related biases, and driving meaningful change within communities.
